How to notify candidates about the test completion?

Learn how to inform candidates about the test completion.

One of the ways to enhance candidate experience is by sending them an email when the test gets completed.

To send an email notification to candidates: 

1. Click My Tests and select the test. 

2. Click Settings, select Test Settings and scroll down to Email Settings.

3. Select Yes for the On Report generation send email to Candidate option.

4. Click the link "Click here" to customize the email that is sent to the candidate.

5. Click Save Test Settings.
