What is Test Performance, and how to use it?

Know how to use filters to find out your performing and non-performing tests.

Test Performance is a recruiting metric that will help you know the performing and non-performing tests in your account. When at least 20 or more than 20% candidates score in the excess of 50%, it means that those tests are performing well. On the other hand, if 20 or more than 20% of candidates score less than 50%, those are your non-performing tests. If a lot of your tests fall in the category of non-performing tests, it probably has a poor question to time balance, or is too lengthy, or does not have the relevant skills.

From the point of view of having a quality candidate pipeline, it is critical to know the performing and non-performing tests.

To view Test Performance

  • Click Analytics -> Test Performance

It will give you a list of all the tests in your account with No. of test invitations, no. of candidates appeared, tests status, Average percentage, and the performance categories as well.

You can further filter the test data by Users, Test Name, and time period as well.

Further, you can also apply the test filters to get the performing and non-performing tests

To view performing tests, use the filter

In the above example, we have set the filter as 20% of candidates who have scored above 50%, this will display all the tests that meet this condition. These are your performing tests i.e. candidates are scoring well on these tests.

Similarly, to view non- performing tests, use the filters as

In the above example, we have set the filter as 20% of candidates who have scored below 50%, this will display all the tests that meet this condition. These are your non -performing tests i.e. candidates are not scoring well on these tests.

You can customize the filters as per your requirements.
